The Lebanese delegation delivered an impressive performance at the Modern Pentathlon World Cup held in Cairo, Egypt, from February 24 to March 1, 2025.

A special highlight came from national team athlete Lara Abdo, who qualified for the semifinals—an outstanding achievement in her first-ever participation in a World Cup event. This milestone marks a major step forward for Lebanon in the international modern pentathlon scene.

The World Cup featured over 250 athletes from 25 different countries, with Lebanon proudly representing one of only three Arab nations participating in this prestigious global competition.

The Lebanese Modern Pentathlon Federation congratulates all members of the delegation for their dedication and performance, and looks forward to continued success in future international events.
